If they give returns to these 4 whom requested from them then they would be obligated to give returns to ALL investors AT ANY TIME they chose.
This is not how a sound business ethic works online or even in the real world for that matter.
Understand this now.
I in my years on this site have never and i mean NEVER seen any ICO giving refunds to any of their purchasers.
They can not give receipts for them and thus those individuals can come and say "Hey you did not give me my refund! Give me one right now!".
Get real and live in reality please.

Hostage is for a person.
Money is not an entity to hold in this manner.

And they are giving these investors what they paid for so in my eyes and anyone elses eyes,
They are doing what they agreed to do for these investors when those investors sent them the eth/btc/whatever it was they used to pay them in for their piece of the companyies tokens.
That is very plain and clear when they went to the website in showing they had in interest in what the company has to offer.
Hence the name of ICO. They pay for an interest what a company has to offer.

If not then you should not be associating yourself in any ICO offered on this site.
