I agree. I haven't sold any of my cloaks since the first week and I bought more in every dump there was. Do I believe that this coin is history in the making? Yes. Do I believe in 20$ price in the future? Yes. But I don't think there will be mass adoption before cloak wallet is user friendly, meaning you don't have to come here ask help how to get it working. As long as these small bugs remain, people see this as an unfinished product and rather buy some other similar coins. I think that making everything run smoothly should be the no 1 priority for devs now before more advanced features. I don't want overpriced museum coins like DRK to steal our show now.

And once again thank you devs. You are the best team this far!

Exactly. I was actually one of the first major investors/miners in Darkcoin (day 1). I kept the majority of my holdings throughout the ups and downs and ended up making a killing recently - we're talking 20,000% type killing. As long as the top holders have strong hands this coin will see its way to the $50-100 mark in no time. One of the reasons why DRK is where it is today is because the holders still believe in the developer and the technology so it will hold firm until they see a better opportunity (I already have). Given the rarity of this coin in comparison to DRK with only 1/4 of the supply and a superior approach to anontech - there is no reason why the value shouldn't be 4-5x the current value of DRK. The inclusion of the Cloakroad could see this going passed to the .5 BTC range. If you compare the DRK richlist (http://chainz.cryptoid.info/drk/#!rich) the accumulation is starting to look very similar.

went through the same. Apparently fork on mintpal. Only way to recover for me was:
1. Make copy of wallet.dat -DO NOT MISS THIS else coin gone
2. Get rid of the entire appdata\roaming\cloakcoin folder
3. Run the wallet
4. stop it and copy your saved wallet.dat back in
5. create a cloakcoin.conf file in the appdata\roaming\cloakcoin folder
6. add some nodes eg this is the content of my file:

addnode=108.166.185.202
addnode=95.57.120.229
addnode=69.175.37.134
addnode=128.199.178.172
addnode=204.11.237.74

7. Run the wallet again and let it sync

I had to restart it a couple of times to get the sync to complete
If your coins don't show (happened to me) : go to debug console and enter and run repairwallet

Should be good after that

Can someone help me please ? Yesterday my wallet was synced and staking all off a sudden it stopped syncing on Wed 25. Jun 11:22:32 2014 block 31136 and now it will not sync and the stakes are stuck ! Can anyone advise me ?

This is the type of developer communication that makes this coin top tier. Constant updates on progress and community involvement each step of the way. Don't be surprised when this coin is being traded at $20+ a coin in the very near future because it will be a direct product of communication from the dev camp along with updates to the development cycle.

Lulz. This has nothing to do with failure - the coin has done more in the last 3 weeks than most coins have done in 6 months. What you're witnessing on the exchanges is people getting lifted upside down from a park bench and shaken until all their cloaks are gone. Once the bullies have hit their mark the price will go back up. Mintpal definitely seems to have the weakest holders of cloak they are giving them away like candy. On the other hand Bittrex holders seem to be holding their position.

I know from experience I traded for almost 48 hours straight to get into the #3 spot.
