Not sure why people are slagging off about the exchange after all this time. Don't like it? DON'T USE IT !

I remember using this service regularly some few years back because of their rates though my transactions would be in small amounts below the limits, and now it's only 10 Euros monthly without KYC?

I have seen some much better no KYC instant exchanges over the years and honestly with such tight limits. I think they are getting just a few clients. It's sad to see how this KYC thing keep ruining initially excellent services.

That limit is probably based on what's in their wallet. But you can't complete the transaction without KYC, it will tell you after you log in.

I don't want to register here, not even for testing purposes. But I see some different numbers compared to what you write, is it possible that they have different offers for different users?
I set the exchange, EUR for DOGE coin (completely random pair) they automatically lowered the amount I entered because "Maximum amount 141.14 EUR" or "Maximum amount
2324.26 DOGE". It seems a bit more than the 10 euros offered to you.

A few years ago, when I created my account, the limits were much higher (after only registering an email address). It's been lowered a few times, probably because of regulation. Nowadays it is indeed quite useless if you don't want to go through KYC.

After I tried that link you provided the site came live and I was able to do a trade (oddly, it didn't connect multiple times prior to that testing - I'm always amazed at the website tools that are out there for people to use, even if some of us aren't aware they exist).

It should be possible to do so with a level 1 account, I tried to start an operation (without actually sending the funds) and it worked. You'll have to give your phone number, name, country, and date of birth though.

Also, I'm not sure if I did something wrong but I don't think that USDT is supported for bitcoin's blockchain. If you hover the mouse over "I don't have a wallet" you'll see that Omni core is mentioned, but if you put a bitcoin address, it won't work, you'll have to put an ethereum address instead.

I provided my detailed to that company easily eight or nine months ago - just before Italy went into its first hard lockdown and never heard anything after that. I haven't used them since they ramped up the TX fees, so I can't say for certain whether they verified my details, or are just sitting on those details.

It seems like you have enabled tether, have not tried yet but the fee seems to be a lot these days. Is it because of the network fee or regular? To convert USDT from BTC, I have to spend around $5 including the sending fee of mine which seems a lot.

I have tried from both Google chrome and firefox but I'm unlucky that I could not verify the documents as it sjows the same error. I have sent what I have uploaded through email. I would appreciate if you ask the support group to hint me where is the wrong.
Also, if possible, you can manually verify my account by using that documents.

Limits are based on your own answers to our KYC procedure. Each account may have different limits. But Level 2 will increase the 100€ limit once succesfully approved. Please try a different browser, we have tested on latest Chrome, Firefox and Safari versions and it works. No one else reported issues either.
