Its clear that 1000 community member cannot be reached ? Should each holder will get double ?
I suggest that we should have give-way thread, so each post can get some coin in that ? The more people join in, the high chance it will be, but we
cannot prevent some people steal coin, so its so hard to decide.
A faucet would be a better way of distributing a few coins outside of the community.
That's exactly what I was going to answer... If we need it is possible to setup the faucet with specific rules for a while in order to distribute the coins somehow... just let me know.

I asked from a community member to make me a blacklist, s/he is working on it (by scanning threads and posts). After that i plan to start earlier the second round for those who contributed will get second stakes before we go to 500. Please hurry and bring more people here only about 70 people left to complete 500.
Also those who waits second change you can come over me by PM, check the ecoiner.org link bottom first. Show me some products you did so far for comm group. Like you can err, i can also err remember this. after initial distribution when i found out so many fakes coming i coded new submission form for you ( so i can less err) and make it more secure and able to dedect good seeds and make it easier for me to analyse. Also we found out initial plan reaching 1000 member was not possible. Though we observe at NEM and some other coins it was very possible. Community decided to make 500 people get it. So that's why we are going to complete 500.

Well the announcement page says still taking applications, so I went through the process. Wrong captcha on the application and noooooo!!!! LOL. I had to refill it out. It is quite a process, which is a good thing.

I've opened my wallet up for 10 mins every day and yet still no stake of my coins that are there since the 8th of April, It isn't locked either......
no offence but 10 minutes sounds a bit ridiculous... The generation of the block is still a random process, so unless it really happen in this very short time window, you will have very little chance to get any (are you afraid to open your wallet or what ?)
No not afraid just p!ssed off that it was working fine Staking for the previous 4 days and even when leaving it open for half the day (12Hours) still nothing, that's why I am asking.
It hasn't staked for me today at all either but yesterday it did nicely so maybe we both have to update the wallet they said earlier..I am not techie so I might have to get my hubby install a new wallet and I transfer the coins there on his comp.
I haven't moved any coins, wallet isn't locked, Always update to the latest wallet when released, so V1.3, I'm Stumped...
I left wallet open all day and didn't get any new coins
Maybe redowload the blockchain can resolve this?

I am not too sure too when the distribution ends. Just glad that it is not yet over. I am glad I can still hop on to this train! I think this coin with the community involved uses the right formula. A coin is worthless without the community behind it. I believe the devs are approaching this in the right direction!

hi i have a question about the multipool i hope someone can answer. i am not a miner so that is why i like this pos coin. what are the benefits of having the multipool rather than just the miners mine the most profitable alt then they buy comm with what they make? thanks adriano for being such an active member.
multipool automates the task by mining the most profitable coin , selling them for btc and then buying say COMM .
that sounds pretty handy.I see two more advantages which are:
- buying more often (because of the aggregated minning power) so it will provide a kind-of-constant buying pressure on COMM (reducing volatility while not paying higher at once)
- paying less in miners' fees (compared to each user doing the exchange by himself)

I have done the tests I needed to confirm it is "doable" and created the template of the application. Now I need to code the rest but I'm not sure I will be able to work on it during the weekend (maybe a couple hours at night before going to sleep). This way I expect it to be done by monday.
Any news I will keep you guys updated.
