1. Yes just those directories
2. The process you followed is correct
3. Staking is simple process just need some coins in wallet to stake where as Masternodes has a setup process.

Hai mate as i said before dashboard is currently showing the blockreward that is 10 out of which staking reward is 3 and MN is 7.We shall fix this with next update

Hi Just to let you know, not sure if it's a bug or not, my staking returns are each showing as 10 on dashboard and 10 in transactions but only receiving 3 each stake as per 30/70. So 10 showing and getting 3 adding to total each stake. I'm not worried just FYI

Hai there the Wallet display shows the total blockreward not the coins earned by us and so you were confused but the rewards credited are always rightful.Anyways we will fix this in the coming update
