The team must really pay attention to every member in the Telegram as much as possible. We may never know if someone who just sent a message might be huge potential investor.

Relax mate. They have just started and people are still coming in. But yeah, they need to be active in every channels they participated into. And the good thing here in BTCTalk, the admin is active answering the queries. Hoping he would continue to be this active even after the ICO.
I think some are just concerned because of what they have experienced on other telegram community chat where they have been left hanging with a lot of questions unanswered. Even they have just started on Telegram, they really need to show how they will respond quickly as possible which can attract  future supporters/investors for CPROP.

Property business is a never ending, project that will always has many investors waiting.
Since the need of property will always increase overtime.

I think this a new concept. I amazed how they integrate blockchain with real estate industry. The project looks promising however, some people are afraid of what they don't have knowledge about. The team must carefully explain how this platform works, in a way that they can earn users' trust.

Based on what I understand, the system will facilitate the closing process of buying a property. You are right when you say that the team has to display some credentials for them to be  trusted by the potential users of this app.

Is this just another white paper or is anything actually developed yet?

actually development on the platform has been ongoing for over a year.  We have an MVP we have been using to demonstrate to portals.  Have more backend development to finish but we are well on our way.

Does CPROP have anything developed already to showcase or is it just ideas on paper?

We have been working on the MVP for almost a year.  We have made significant progress on the workflow management system, and actually showcased it at INMAN and the Annual Global Portal Meeting in Bangkok.  We will have a demo available for the public shortly.
That is great, so that more people will understand how the project works through demos.
In which country does this projects team member are base?

As i read the ANN, CROP project focused in real estate and by solving the problem of last phase in buying property, you guys are making a decentralized trading. How can the buyer assured that the seller is no a scammer? Making a deal without knowing each other is like a risk right?

This is why we will use traditional channels.  Our idea is to give the buyer greater visibility in the entire process.  But we will still use traditional networks.

Ohh i see. Then there is no problem about trading, this will be a good project. The team also gives an assurance to the members that every move they make will be secured and successful. Keep it up.

We have an entire team of developers as Adam Koehler who is a Co-Founder has another business that specializes in development.  In addition, we are adding more blockchain expertise to the team.

How are you guys going to get revenue anyways? I am looking at this, you will get “platform members” to pay in cprop, but for first period that will be locked - so no revenue? And after the locking period is done, are the fees sufficient to maintain the company?

Good observation.  But yes there are several sources of additional revenue including fees from the escrow, property management services, and small pieces of brokerage fees on the individual transacations. 


How long are team tokens locked in for?

Team tokens are payable in equal installments over 24 months.

“Carfax for buildings” sounds fake and awesome at the same time. Are you guys doing anything
already in this respect

the way we came up with Carfax for building is we have spent the last three years developing a project for JLL (2nd largest property management company in the world).  One of our jobs was to take a looking inside of commercial properties and understand what information asset managers needed in order to make better financial decisions across portfolios.  So yeah we have already done alot of work in understanding what items are needed for inclusion.
