do you compare the reward from wallet and pool?

not really i mine for fun Cheesy

But i can say (at this time) with the same hashrate, i got a little more with luck in solomining

My server as a full node with the more connexions it can handle (ie: accept in and not limited to 8 )
Hash at around 220 hashes/s ( i limited the cpu usage to get free ressources for others stuff )
It got 3 Blocks -> 150 YTN

My home comp hashes at around 230 hashes/s to the best near pool of my location (i limited cpu too because i want to use it too lol)
I got around 20 to 25 YTN per days (depend of the network/stratum/disconnect for hours sometimes)
i got around 125 YTN

Both mine since the same day.

Server wins for now, but it's a luck game  Wink

thanks for sharing

so with same hashes, solo get more reward than pool
it would be nice, if you can compare the result from pool and solo in a few days

still curious, why the solo mine better than pool Grin

I launched (AFAIK) first Japanese YTN mining pool, yey!!

https://ytn.misosi.ru/

I'm noob at pool op and still couldn't estimated how many user/workers can be handled in my server. I might need to stop accepting new registration when many people come to.

You are 21y or older man. I'm kids, so handle with care please!

Nice, gl

I just noticed that then name "Yenten" (円天 in Japanese) has already been used in the past, and it didn't go well...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enten_controversy

Was Enten not Yenten even it look like same concatenate glyph

is the bilbotel pool working ? i didn't receive anything since yesterday

Yes, something is wrong. Same situation here. Didn't receive anything since yesterday on both pools: bilbotel  and antminepool.

Does anyone know how to setup solo mining on Ubuntu vps to receive coins only to one wallet address? thanks

The backend server had a little glitch. Service restarted. 26 days without restart  Roll Eyes
You should all have received your coins.

Happy mining Smiley

Thanks, I confirm...I have received all mined coins from your pool.

I think you should not make the coin completely free of charge. Or leave the limit on the number of users when the fee is not charged. It's good marketing) In the end, you should receive money for their work. It is better to pay for stable performance of the pool than to after some time problems due to the fact that the owner would be that interested

I will charge a very low fee then, but this is not the idea of the pool, I will prefer a donation system, but users "must play the game correctly" :/

There is some donors, but not much to handle electricity cost Wink

honestly you better set fee 1% or same with rival pool, 2% fee for new pool is too much
dont compete fee with first pool like yiimp, they set 2% because he was pioneer

Thanks for the processor details guys.  I have made it through the first 10 pages of the thread and hope to get through the rest of the pages this weekend and have a spreadsheet up by monday.  Then I'll start crunching the data.

If anyone missed my last post please post your processor model (like i7 4200x) and the max combined hashrate you can get and how many threads you are running (if you know that).  Also I suppose the processor generation (like gen 3) if you know that.   I will look up all the processors and determine the clock speed and mb cache and all that (if you want to provide that too it would be great just as a double check).

Thanks.
