Personally I wish all the best to the project. Used to mine those coins on my CPU for a while. I hope that soon market cap capitalization and trading volumes will grow steadily; it would be amazing to see this project in top 100 list.

how to mine this using my cpu?
Download a wallet, go to the menu Tools->Debug console and type
setgenerate true X
where X is the number of CPU cores you want to use for mining.
E.g.
setgenerate true 3
will start mining on 3 CPU cores
setgenerate true -1
will use all CPU cores you have
Another usefull command is:
getmininginfo
which will give you some information about mining (your hashrate, hashrate of the whole network, actual block number, etc.)
