Although not site's admin, I can give U some answers:
1. You can increase HPower also by real mining, although the progress is slow
2. I'm assuming is randomly chosen. Chance equals mission level * 0.25%. So a level 1 mission gives you a 0.25% chance of finding a referral, while a level 8 mission gives a 2% chance.
Obs, don't get your hopes too high regarding referrals. You must be very lucky to get active referrals. For example: only 1 of the 8 referrals I have is active. 2 have done a few credits, while the other 5 are completely useless.

Good job with your site, it's very nice so far !

I've got a question about premium users.

I understand that premium-users missions do not provide HPower reward, but a chance to earn referral instead, meaning that the only way for premium to increase their HPower is by depositing.

1. Am I correct ?

2. How does the referral attribution work ? Is it real players randomly chosen ? What is the chance rate of getting a referral ?
