Yes. Never.They have no intention of allowing the so-called "solvent" coins to be withdrawn by their owners or they would have made them available months ago.
If this is the case why the hell did they take over crypto rush, it should have been left the way it was 'a fail and a scam', should have launched a complete new exchange with new name etc, in my eyes until all old funds are given back anything with the name Crypto rush stinks and i will stay well away.
I think exactly the same way. If they want people to "trust"and use their exchange, they should start giving back the solvent coins.
Over 1300 tickets have been answered/closed since august!
And people are still not able to withdraw their coins and getting "No data available" messages. And then they are trying to tell us that is just some bug or an attack.

Did you try to hit refresh and see if you're logged in as a guest? They have a weird auto-logout feature that definitely needs to be tweaked.
noticed this "weird auto-logout feature" in the past ... not user friendly but yes just log in log out seems to correct it.
right now the database is wonky ... hopefully an auto lock of some kind kicked in and needs sysops to okay before it works right, and hopefully sysops are just hungover on holiday soon to return

tried that and was still logged in, even if i manually log out and then log back in I still get a blank list of balances and no transaction history.
