I purchased some CCN (cannacoin) via cryptorush and cannot withdraw it, I opened a ticket about 24 hours ago and still haven't received any response (ticket #491792)

Is this site a scam?
Your ticket is just not assigned yet, probably thx to time off with families.

Over 1300 tickets have been answered/closed since august!
Yes.  1300 tickets all asking why the solvent coins are being held onto and why people can't withdraw.  All answered with "go away" or just closed.

Maybe just people taking off for holidays. Best way to talk to someone is to hop on freenode IRC #cryptorush channel and ask for help from KingDragon or JCJrsomething and wait for response probably.

Thanks, I got in contact with one of their staff via IRC and they're looking into it. Will update as soon as its working for me.

All they really said in that opening post was what they've been repeating. Now, there's nothing wrong with that as long as that's what they've been working on for half a year now, but you'd think there'd be more evident progress.

For everyone who cares..

I just noticed that their blog is now filled with some information:

http://blog.cryptorush.in/
Well it's good to see what their priorities have been, and where their attention has been focused all this time.  I'm over the moon that not only will I will be treated to a unified colour scheme, but I'll be able to sort my portfolio of the coins I'll never see in whatever order I prefer.  They managed all that in less than a year?  Outstanding!  No wonder they haven't had time to return the "solvent" coins that were entrusted to them.

To weird to live To rare to die
why has some of the old coin balances not been returned yet? i had a right few ruby coin, where are they at i wonder!!
No reason.  They have just been refusing to give the solvent coins to their rightful owners.  If there was ever any trust in the "new team's" ability to run a coin exchange, it evaporated months ago.
Now CSL, move your pathetic excuse of a butt over to phazebook and help the rest in hunting the purp down.

The thief has been found and identified by multiple sources,
but i can't find a single post of yours that would acknowledge that.

It's like you are posting with the sole purpose of shitting on CR.
A full 100% agree!

Thanks for your statement, you're absolutely right.

I also don't even understand what those FUD guys want to achieve by posting this kind of crap.
It's not FUD.  It's a statement of fact that they are sitting on the "solvent" coins and are refusing to release them.  I post a nudge every now and again, but they continue to refuse to release the coins.  I'm not talking about the coins that they say were stolen;  I'm talking about the other coins they claim to be "solvent".

If they can't be trusted to release coins in their possession then what's the point in further developing the exchange?  If I add coins to the new exchange then how do I know I'll ever get them back if they decide they just want to keep them?  They can easily do something about this by releasing the "solvent" coins for withdrawal, but they just don't want to do that.  Maybe having people log in every couple of days to check their balance gives nice exchange usage statistics they can point at to try to claim that the exchange is not as dead as it clearly is.

I don't believe they have any intention of releasing the "solvent" coins.  I'll be happy to be proven wrong in this regard, but it's a matter of principle now that we get those coins regardless of their actual worth after all this time.  Ok, so my BTC and some other coins are just plain lost.  I accept that and, sad as it is, I have written those off.  That's not the point.  If they had released the "solvent" coins a few months ago when I and others were asking for them, then there might be some germ of trust that could be built upon.  Instead they have chosen to just sit on the coins (if they still even have them) and basically do nothing at all.  I suggested at the time that trust is fragile and they could easily lose it, and I was right.  I will absolutely not be using Crypto-Flush as a trading platform, now or ever.  I want to see my "solvent" coins again, and if my "stolen" BTC turns up and gets refunded then that's a bonus.  If those coins are ever made available for withdrawal then I will pull them out and delete my account.  I suggest that others do the same.  Why should these clowns be allowed to hold them indefinitely with no questions asked, and why should we trust them?
ya I would like my worthless shit coins back as well. Just on principle. But we all know there aren't any left and this bullshit about solvency is running thin enough we see through it. Truth is C.R has nothing and is just prolonging the process of scam so its harder to find and prosecute those involved.

You know, if they just took my suggestion which I made awhile back, it would help. it also wouldn't take much to code at all. I don't go to their site much, I have no idea if they've implemented it, but if they haven't you should ask and wonder why. See my suggestion (in bold) and their response (in blue) below:

Woohoo!

My 1.8btc has now been converted to 1.8 'cryptorush bonds.'  Sheer joy! The buy orders are all the way up to one thousandth of a bitcoin for 4 btc, meaning my 1.8 real btc is most likely worth less than a dollar...if not less.

Thank you cryptorush, you're the best, gaize!!
CryptoRush will buy bonds back up to a 1:1 ratio so bonds give you two options: get out with a possible loss or, wait patently until we are able to repay your debt at a 1:1 ratio.

Something which may be of value to everyone in this matter would be finding ways to build trust and mathematical understanding of the matter. You should consider creating a simple cron script to keep track of positive liquid assets the exchange makes from all transactions. It would show current total based on the last X transactions, and how much is allocated to paying back losses.

There could then be a breakdown showing where these assets originated (such as Y amount from ABC coin, Z amount from DEF coin, etc), tying it to a public ledger of the past transactions. And if you really wanted to add that Disney Touch(tm), you could  have a goal meter showing what the outstanding balance owed to members is, and when someone visits the page it would show theirs as well (to them..), and even break it out to show (based on fee amount) the volume of BTC trades required to reach the goal (which as we all know, is more than a lifetime's worth).

This gives bottom-to-top accountability of the assets, and without emotion or human interaction, provides a factual up-to-date public accounting for everything, lets people know how much is left, what they have, where their repayment is coming from, and prevents people from easily shaking fingers and complaining. This would help alleviate much of these complaints ... and you would be the first exchange to ever open their books to the public. This is cryptocurrency right? It's about accountability on a public level. Imagine the possibilities if you do this..

Great idea, I'll make sure the rest of the team gets to read it as well. so far we've been concentrating on getting the crucial systems / codes up to actually get trading / reimbursements going. With those systems running and collecting data something to add upon that would be something in the likes you suggested.

Thanks for thinking with us!

A public trade/exchange site, with no public ledger to verify EVERY movement to/from EVERY wallet that it manages, is not a trustworthy site.

We should not trust our eyes and ears that were watching the drama unfold,
nor we should pay attention to any of the people that were actually involved in keeping the place alive.
I'd pay more attention if they were posting status reports here and releasing the "solvent" coins instead of sitting around and not communicating at all.  When did you last see a status/activity report posted here with regard to releasing the so-called "solvent" coins to their owners?

You can trust them all you like, but I'm not drinking the Kool-Aid associated with this one.  Trust can be earned, and trust can easily be lost.  Trust is not automatic.  Some form of communication would be helpful if they are still around.

I agree it'd be nice if they'd keep the thread updated more, but the owner and other people working on the exchange are pretty much available all the time at #cryptorush channel on freenode.

Yes, you are right, i can see your point now.

We should not trust our eyes and ears that were watching the drama unfold,
nor we should pay attention to any of the people that were actually involved in keeping the place alive.

Instead, we should pay attention to an account created in february for the sole purpose of posting only in the CR thread.

Nothing to see here people, move along.

I love how new FUD accounts keep popping up, although i have to admit they are in decline.

If you had bothered to check this very thread, the irc channel or even had an account in CR in the first place
you would have absolutely no reason to spew crap of this sort.

The development has been ongoing, people from all over the cryptocommunity have pooled resources together
and CR managed to stand on its feet.

But you are saying it, so i feel i need to pop up myself and say this to you:

Your useless fud attempts are going nowhere. I feel pity for you.
