I'm a player and I have no qualms about paying 5500sat for this coin. I even picked up more above 6 and 7k. I can tell you with certainty that CIRC will get a ~~pump~~ massive pump when the time is right.
You just need to sit back and be patient.

The more likely explanation is the fellow with 5 btc suppressing knows Circuits is going to pop when it hits Bittrex. He is loading the books trying to force people down into his bids. Look like it's not really working for him yet.

All you fellows nattering on about cheap coins forget it. When this hits Bittrex you will be moving on to other threads and more wishful thinking.

Whoever bought up 6x and 7 x a few hrs ago was the smartest guy in the room currently. Of course it might well be our friend with the 5.

The buy wall will stay for 5 days after ico ended, which was Monday morning at about 9:00am est.
It doesn't really matter if it dumps when it is removed, this coin is going up long term. Short at your own risk.
