Ive seen a few saying yac is good to mine right now? And as its mainly memory usage if i remember right, the 750Ti's should do good with lots of memory and so many cards

I've managed to get 14x 750Ti working now. Any idea on what's the best coin to mine until the new Groestl miner is released?

I was thinking either Groestlcoin, scrypt and scypt-n profitability might be really close at this time. Assuming your're mining the best scrypt and scrypt-n coins

If it was me I would do BTS/PTS until the difficulty increases. With that many cards you will have about 780-840 cpm. 11,802 cpm would net about 4-5 BTS/PTS per day at $3.78 per share. $18.90 per day is good right now. You only have about 2 1/2 days until the difficulty rises. Then switch to something else.

By the way nice choice. I am up to 6 750ti's now and still adding whenever I can.
? on what algo ? momentum is not implemented on nvidia (or is it using multipool ?)

Version 0.5 is made just for the 750ti's. It will work on other cards but this is specifically for the ti's.

I use it for YPool. I am mining and holding the shares until the next DAC comes out. Hopefully the nesxt comes out. Last time they went to about $23 a share.
thanks didn't know about it. Do you know if it can run on NoirShare ?

NRS is a CPU-only coin,I believe. Ain't gonna be profitable unless you have a server farm. But there's the future DAC's and everything,so it may be be worth investing in.
Tried NRS yesterday morning, it was already too late for my poor 3770...
However, it won't take long to get a gpu miner (private or public is another problem...)

I tried the ptsgpu on the 780ti: around 1700cpm adding the amd I get 3000cpm which is not a lot
considering the other pts amd only soft. is doing 3000cpm with the R9 only...

The bus usage is around 80%... (with some optimization, it could certainly do much better)

i am sitting at 3, and looking at current return on investment i don't see me investing any time soon, for a £600 investment i wouldnt mind earning it back in a year. but £50 a month is 0.2btc which i doubt i could get right now

Got my card working again! The RAM apparently burnt off.  Cheesy

The ram or the vram ? On what were you running ?
Mining BC at the moment with the 780ti and xpm with the amd.

The RAM stick itself. I have no idea why it happened. I remember it was on hibernate and ccminer was running at 1GH with VIP and my CPU was mining RIC. I powered it on and waited. The RIC pool's timeout was 15 secs and 1GH's is 30secs. The RIC miner started up and produced it's first outputs. ccminer may or may not have started but just around that time, suddenly, the whole system goes kaput. Could be RIC related because of the massive RAM it takes up.

The tdp on my 780 should be low as i am not mining on it.
Hvc use to clock up my 780 to 28% tdp even if i wasnt mining with it

Since I have all ready made a fool of my self, I got a noob question. My ccminer crashes. I'm using the advanced scrypt to run the miner. When it crashes I get up an error window, I close the window and the the scrypt restarts ccminer. Should it not restart ccminer when it crashes with out me manually closing the error window?

you have to do some tweaking in windows to remove the error message pop up, i never got round to it myself

on a side note to @christian;
remember back when i got my rig started and said my 780 was clocking up whilst mining hvc? well i have just check it mining groestl and it is sitting back at its idle rates (4.8% tdp) where as in hvc it was 28% tdp

i know you said it must be a driver issue but would i not see my 780 clock up using groestl like i do with hvc if it was a driver issue? just thought i would throw it out there as the lower usage on my 780 makes my profitability calculations wrong due to lower power usage

I had also some issue with the latest groeslt release, the one using memory share. my card after a while was just cutting tdp in half for some reason

So,whatchall mining? I believe HVC is no longer profitable? Also,is anyone still mining FC? Um...blackcoin looks good right now. So does COMM. Suggestions anyone?

as an update on my webserver
so i posted earlier about the really low min values, i think i may have caused it messing about as i crashed the drivers a few times, so here is the old hashrates vs new. please note, the new has not run as long so has less shares submitted

OLD

NEW

as another note, i will be adding in a few things;

1) a timestamp for the last submitted share, this will allow me to tell if the program has crashed but the server is still running, or if there is an issue with the stratum connection and it needs to switch. complete
2) a counter for successful to failed shares
3) finding a way to put all the code into files so it can be implemented quickly complete

this should make it so that i can see everything ccminer shows without being at my pc, but with some extra data

I only get 1.3Mhs with my 750ti. how do you get that much.

on groestl?
ccminer.exe -q -s 1 -a groestl -d 1 -o stratum+tcp://erebor.dwarfpool.com:3345 -u wallet.1 -p 1
Haha never mind, I'm mining HVC and get 12.5 Mhs, I didnt have my glasses on Tongue just woke up OK! Tongue

ok guys so groestl and hvc are no longer profitable. are we due a new profitability sheet? Smiley

Ooo and here's something interesting, now i have proper tracking in ccminer here is what it looks like after 2 days

no idea why it is hashing at such low minimum values but the average seems pretty good. that's with 1500 shares per card
looks good.
I think the minimum comes from rejected share (already noticed things like that) or value at start up.
May be it would be better to register min and max value after a few minutes of running to avoid that sort of bias

several shares in a small time interval may-be (notice from time to time when 2 shares are accepted in a small time interval the rate is divided by two... but on dwarfpool the vardiff is too high to have this sort of things)

i am on dwarfpool and the vardiff for me is only 16. normally it wouldnt be noticed but now it tracks it i am wondering

those values appeared over a day after launch  Huh

their all accepted shares as i have had no shares rejected, and it only stores shares that were sent, so the shares were accepted at that low rate
