COLX - Spread the grid.
ColossusCoinXT
will be released 22 September 2017

Colossuscoin announced the planned release of ColossusCoinXT on August 24, 2017.
New Launch date: Friday, September 22nd, 2017, 18:00 [UTC]
https://www.Altcoincalendar.info/coins/2946-COLX

Due to more quality and feature testing of the new COLX Client (testing staking, masternodes, and the budget features)
the launch will be postponed by one week and will be released on September 22nd, 2017,
as opposed to the initially planned September 15th, 2017.
ColossusCoinXT will be released on September 22nd, 2017 in order to deliver a stable release and to ensure a smooth Launch.
Therefore, while we do understand that many of you are waiting for the COLX release, it is our strong belief that one week later,
but more stable release, will in the end be better for all involved.

Thank you for understanding!

why novaexchange disable registration for new users? New investors have no way to join swap

Apparently they've (nova) been under attack so they've limited registrations. I was able to get in a couple weeks ago so just keep trying.

Sure that price will raise. New COLX coin will use Pivx codebase with a lot

Here we go again
So I understand the concept of Proof of Stake mining. But how does this actually work?  You don't need a GPU to do intensive work, how does is it work then? Do you just have to leave your pc and wallet running (opened)? Then what?

then you can find a block with POS and get rewarded with 5k CV2 coins like on Pow Block reward.

The ColossusCoin2.conf should most likely be at one of the following locations: -
Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\ColossusCoin2\ColossusCoin2.conf
Windows Vista/7/8 - C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\ColossusCoin2\ColossusCoin2.conf
Mac OSX - /Users/your username/Library/Application Support/ColossusCoin2/ColossusCoin2.conf

Select save as >All files<  from the dropdown in Notepad and make sure you save it as a ColossusCoin2.conf file with a .conf extension and not as .txt. If you save as .conf without selecting all files it will save as .conf.txt and it won't work.

Note that the username and password can be anything it doesn't matter (it is NOT your wallet password and you should not make it your wallet password for security reasons) so make it something long and obnoxious.
