Swapping was open for 4 month as of 26th September, 2015 till ~~26th December, 2015~~ 26th of January , 2016.
There was a certain amount of time (a deadline) for swapping your ColossusCoin (COL) to ColossusCoin2.0 (CV2).

I've heard it will be eventually but they're going to have the code rewritten to be similar to bitsend, so MN's will be a thing immediately after. Hopefully the supply gets reduced in the nova swap.
