Is there a mechanism for users to lose a private key?
Yes, if the user loses their segment of the private key they recover it by passing an identity verification process.

We have a wallet for both individuals and institutional investors. The beta is live a www.daex.pro.
Once the ecosystem is up and running, users will be able access all exchanges in the ecosystem via the DAEX Wallet.
there is no doubt that this project has many advantages, it is proven that to date many have made positive comments on the project, hopefully in the future there will be more support for this project so that success can be achieved.

How would big companies like Google, Facebook, Snapchat use your ecosystem? Would they?
I'm assuming it won't be possible to use your platform without owning your tokens?

Did you mean recover a lost key? If so yes, our wallet has a multi-segment private key, if the user part is lost, they can recover it by passing an ID check, if approved the other two segments of the key are used to recover access to the wallet.
