I think unsold tokens will be returned again, but they must be through voting between investors and developers. whether it will be allocated to the platform or will be burned
If not returned it will be held ICO the second stage to spend the remaining tokens that have not been sold.

It turned out that decentralization poses several major challenges. Perhaps the greatest is inefficiency. If you vote for everyone, things can be very noisy very quickly, like an annoying neighborhood association meeting, so DAOstack is created as a substitute for all to avoid disputes between members.

What type of organisation you are going to create and whether the Daostack are two different token provided by you? It is confusing because already DAOStack is an organisation which runs in decentralized ecosystems.

I think the main problem that is often experienced by platforms with democratic models is, it is very time consuming and cost in taking a decision
