It seems you have occupied 6666 port by other service. You can try to free 6666 port or to use the following flag for starting dtc wallet "-frontport=8888".

After carefully inspection situation I found that my modem has blocked that port. After I remove blocking of port from modem  all start to work.

Verionum says that his wallet is open source, so it must be code somewhere!

I have 12 connections to mainnet with 0.16 core

Since Datacoin is fork of Primecoin, I must ask , does anybody here in wallet has more then 10 connections? In Primecoin wallet I can reach 31 connection without any problem ( when do solo mining)

I wish to say thanks for time and effort Verionum  spent on me to find solution for my problem.
Now I happy do solo mining and few first blocks are already fallen
