Very confused, normally a launch would have gone a lot smoother but this seems just "out of place"
-No pools
-When I launched the Qt, it didn't make a folder in %appdata% it made all the folders in my desktop, and won't allow me to move it to %appdata%

Check your disk for errors.
I have launched wallet with key -datadir=X:\NEWCOIN\CACHE\
