I did not think that the untimely substitution of the signature could lead to such sad consequences, but I think that this is true. Replaced the signature, wrote PM crypto-rainbow, I hope to exclude me from the blacklist

Have you tried the link from the readme text file of the onion desktop client?

yep, I red it.... just telling about conf file.... which is CLEARLY not the issue there....
having conf file issue in place is trivial.... and is suppose to solve the issue immediatly
as for other wallets. In that case, that does not help.... neither numerous other things I tried.
- filewall is ok
- conf file is ok
- ABLE to navigate with TOR browser
- re-installed 4 times
- ...
it seems that I am part of the 0.000001% of unexplained issue LOL!
Hope someone will understand and provide a solution. I am out of options right now
OK - I think I'm chatting with you in the DO forum, this would be a good way to troubleshoot if its your PC setup, or your network.
Do you have a second PC that you could test the wallet on? If it works on it, then we know its the PC. If it doesn't, then its 100% network related. Also, did you try what I suggested earlier? Direct connection to modem with the firewall disabled?
I answered directly in DeepOnion forum those question about direct connection (not possible, no entry for direct connection on the rooter).
AS per another computer, I tried another one.... and after a few hours, also NOT getting connections.... but I also did not test some other
things as the firewall on this case (in case, the app would not have been added to be authorized)
As for disabling the firewall, it did not help either.... ;-(
I will answer further in the Deeponion support forum, as I see that you answered me further

The cool thing is that VPN and DeepOnion can be used together in order provide an extra layer of security

After that you fix your signature by adding your user ID instead of "XXXX"!
After that you wait for re-opening of the registration for the airdrop (which should be in about a week)!

Mining question > I am mining ONION using CCminer 1.0 (alexis version) and I am getting only 13,4 Mh/s on a GTX 1070. I have seen people getting much higher hashrates. What am I missing?
Did you check whether their devices are similar to yours. This week, the hash rate spiked all the sudden. It is not as easy as ever to mine with GPU cards. You can also navigate to the community forum to find more information on mining.
