You need to create this file and place within DeepOnion folder which can be found in Appdata directory

If you use windows  system you need to be able to see the hidden files and make sure these settings are on pls see the image
Otherwise you may not be able to see AppData folder and .conf extension names

Thanks for the quick response, but how do i locate the DeepOnion.conf file? It is only the DeepOnion-qt.exe that i can see in ZIP file i downloaded from deeponion.org (i use Windows 7 Ultimate service pack 1 )

Please follow these steps for applying airdrop:

1) have a correct bitcointalk forums userid
(to learn your profile id: first click this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile
then click Forum Profile Information It opens you the following url in the browsers address bar

4) have the correct signature for your membership level (add from https://deeponion.org/view_signatures.php)
5) try again later because sometimes we can not reach your wallet due to too much request comes at the same times.

Simply those who possible to open new accounts to register our Airdrop will be denied those accounts opened 13th or 14th July 2017 will be rejected. It is to get the abusers out of the community. newbie can't join, but junior members can. So as long as you joined BCT before July 12, 2017, you can sign up for airdrop once you become junior member. Remember we have many rounds distributions, so joining later you will still get airdrop.
