@miner.rocks, there are different .exe files in the zip I downloaded.
I opened wallet-cli exe file along with derod

Is this ok?
Other exe files are for what purpose?

What is the function of derod file?

I added that case to F.A.Q,

1. Try to to rescan blockchain, you need to use wallet-cli:
./dero-wallet-cli --wallet-file=yourWallet --password=yourWalletPassword --daemon-host=127.0.0.1 --daemon-port=18091 --trusted-daemon
In the wallet:
set refresh-from-block-height 1
yourWalletPassword
rescan_bc
rescan_spent
save
balance

2. If that does not help - recreate wallet from mnemonic phrase (make backup of the first wallet):
./dero-wallet-cli --restore-deterministic-wallet --electrum-seed="yourMnemonicPhrase" --generate-new-wallet=yourWallet2 --password=yourWalletPassword --daemon-host=127.0.0.1 --daemon-port=18091 --trusted-daemon --restore-height=1
In the wallet:
set refresh-from-block-height 1
yourWalletPassword
rescan_bc
save
balance

If you are mining through the wallet, you might want to switch to one of the pools. Difficulty is too high for solo mining right now.
