I think you had 15+ block and you can send to 15+ addresses. for one address one transacion

So I have to count unspent outputs with their amounts and try to pay only to the equal or less number of addresses?..
What is the purpose of such transfer_split if it cannot be used to split small number of inputs to larger number of outputs?
Confirm with official sources for anything or try yourself. Everything is working great on other pools
All pending payments are paid and going smooth now.
Lowering "maxAddresses" to 5 in single transaction helped with "tx not possible".

I agree with you. But dev can't fix it. I don't why.
For simple reasons because you are just talking of transfer_split but not using it.
Atleast can you grep transfer_split in your pool code and confirm that you are using transfer_split before asking to fix it.
Everything working for all other pools.
