At this point yeah - but I'm pretty impressed by Yobit, they have a pretty nice UI - better than some other exchanges IMHO. I have a feeling volume will pick up there in the coming months.
140 coins seems like a lot but remember that in terms of value 140 DES won't be equal to 140 swapped DES(because of the supply change).
