Okay this is starting to get annoying. I am Very uncomfortable leaving that amount of BTC into an online wallet. Please have a little bit of respect and address these issues for us. I need my other 500,000 NXT credited to my account and I need to withdraw my BTC which I cant do until that deposit is cleared.

Yes we are having big trouble getting the blockchain up to date with any version, thus can not verify that transactions are genuine. You see the client stays up on our Centos server for a while, then it crashes and it's up to luck whether it can recover (and which version to use, some earlier versions seem to worked better). Fri-Sat an old version stayed up for almost full day.

Nevertheless from what I have understood, your coins are not at risk of loss although the delays are no doubt irritating.

Right, we naturally are not working all the time. The sentence you quoted means business hours and occasionally outside them.

Nobody is forcing you to use the Exchange if you are unsatisfied.

Btc deposits have been confirmed. I don't currently have Access to the wallets so nxt deposits and all cashouts will have to wait until Sunday. Thanks for your understanding.

This is not an exchange. It's a waste of time.

I read the terms and it says

"BTC and NXT deposits are confirmed manually and credited to account balances
several times a day, during and outside central European business hours."

I've not seen anything change all day. The paragraph you have there makes it seem like your working during and outside central European business hours...umm... that's all the time. So, what's the deal?

I understand your frustration guys, but please read the terms before getting nervous. One busines Day from Friday night is Monday. This is currently One man operation and I actually do not live by the screen although it certainly sometimes feels like that. Thanks
