If it's not showing, then we don't have info on it and cannot credit it. Please kindly resubmit the deposit from the DGEX site. Yes, I submitet from the Deposit/ Cashout page, tough now that I think about it, it could be that I enetered 12k nxt in the Nxt amount but I then send 12.012k....maybe that is cousing the problems?

Blockchain explorer does not load for us. But in our wallet there are indeed two more transactions from your account: one 2000 NXT transfer and one 1 NXT transfer. This does not match with what you submitted 2x 1000NXT. To confuse things further there is the one 2001 NXT transaction that you submitted properly and it was credited.3029186348092845942
Is this an error on your part, or something wrong in our client? If the former, please try to be more careful with submitting the transactions. They are missed, and clarifying and fixing them manually takes up a LOT of time
1) I send 1000Nxt - do not see them anywhere (my client, blockexplorer etc.)
2) I send another 1000Nxt - same issue
3) I figure out that the above txs in fact were never executed - but now I have two 1Ks on the exchange
4) I send 2K to get even
5) Still nothing, I send 1Nxt as test -again nothing!
6) I resend 2001 to match the exchange open deposits (1K + 1K +1)
7) Suddenly I see the last 3 txs..
What a mess!
I hope in time things will get smoother, apologies for the hassle!

Omfg! I effing <3 NXT!!!!! I just made back a lot of the cash I got scammed earlier last month from nxt! This is truly a miracle! I am so happy right now you couldnt even understand
Good to hear. Please check your records I think you have sent one more payment that you submit the deposit form to. All deposits need the form submitted to be credited. Ahh yes I might have sent 5k that I didnt accoutn for? Is this the amount? If so i'll fill the form out.
