Just my 2 cents:

Most probably (99% probability) the problem is in low difficulty offered by the pool. I tested your pool using nicehash 'Pool verificator', and it told me "Pool difficulty too low (provided=32.0, minimum=128.0)". So your pool's starting difficulty is not 1024, but just 32, which is not rejected by high power rigs.
If you want people be able to use rented power on your pool, you need to correct this.

I agree you shouldn't have to pay to get listed. Also take caution as coin swap was purchased by GAW (paycoin XPY) which could be a scam. Once GAW took over coin swap LTC, DOGE, BLACK, OPAL all requested to be delisted.

Some of us will support you in effort if they would be upfront and honest. Even if their ideal is a failure at least we all tried. But to alright lie and steal is something I don't accept...
