Well, I do get your point and you have the right in every way to feel that way but as far as I can see, this is the last option that the Diverse holders could do. If you didn't notice, the developer of this coin hasn't been responding to people for a month now and we can safely assume that he just flew by and left this project to dry on its own. What we are seeing with the Varius team is an opportunity to make something out of Diverse (that has no value now) and at least, make some money out of it.
If you still want to hold your Diverse, go ahead and do that. Just keep in mind that it is not actively traded anymore. The trading volume in Coinexchange is so small that they could delist it any moment.

The wallet is owned by "silecraft" who is a DVRS team member since the beginning and in the VARIUS team now - so for all DVRS holders a source of trust. So what you say ("They have nothing to do with DVRS.") is just wrong.

Well no one can say 100% what coins are the developers since he maybe bought and sold coins etc. Also we cannot say what wallet is his with 100% chance of being correct.
Anyway to make a swap like 1k:1 it is really strange and not fair, it look like the the wallet used to swap will be very full of DVRS and even can do an other swap, etc ...
I really don't understand why do 1k:1, as the Varius coin is also 1 sat sell ??
