DarmaCash Mining tutorial
1 synchronization node
Download Drama and extract it, double-click darmad.exe, start the main program, and synchronize the node data.

2 create a wallet
Open darma-wallet-cli.exe,
Enter 'c' to create a new wallet.
Enter the wallet name and wallet password.
Choose a language and record mnemonics,
Enter 'm' and follow the prompts to enter 'a' to get the wallet address.
With a wallet account, you can complete operations such as transfer transactions.

3 create a mining file
Create any .txt file in the file directory and type:
darmad.exe  --mining-address= YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS --mining-threads=2 &
Save,And modify the file suffix '.bat', the mining file is created successfully.

4 start mining
Double click on the '.bat' file to start mining!

Recruitment - Community Operation
1. Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and management of DarmaCash  community, including but not limited to Discord, Twitter and Telegram, Increasing community influence and public attention -> form a positive community atmosphere.
2. Be a communication bridge between  DarmaCash  dev team and community.  For example, pass the suggestion and feedback from community members to DMC dev team, follow up questions from community, help the foundation setup procedure, work with ecosystem, etc. -> Turn DarmaCash  project to community project step by step.
Salary: 2 ETHs per month
