Wasn't it supposed to stop in Feb-Mar of this year?
Do the coins get re-distributed?

What supposed to stop? I don't understand your questions...
Read the subject line ... the reactor was supposed to run for a year and then choice of funds returned ... or re-invest

the reactor wont stop but the borrowed coins owner will get
the coins back or they accept a offer to leave coins another year in

i will get in touch with the people soon

u can expect to see in the end not much difference in reactor size

i am happy to have supported the reactor project, it is good to see that it had served its purpose. however i would like my dmd back when it gets sorted

update from wallet 2.1 development

the adaption that DMD Diamond and GRS Groestlcoin be able use same algo setting was a easy task

the merge mining on other side did turn out as a major code effort with a industry first required solution

the origin of this is pure POW like Groestlcoin  and POW/POS hybrid like DMD Diamond have even if utilize exact same algo
differences that the normal merged mining code original developed by namecoin cant handle

the other parts like legendary10 and other stuff come with wallet 2.1 is finished already

and this week we will decide if we can bring merged mining too in 2.1 or if we deliver merged mining in one of the next wallets

fact is i know most people dont care for merge mining why we put so much effort in it
because DMD Diamond Foundation always think longterm
at 2.5 million total coins (over 2 years away) POW inflation=block reward will reduce another 80%
and for that time we want to establish a merged mining network that support DMD POW

Currently Nicehash.com pays a lot for x11 mining, that's the way I increase my DMD stack at the moment Smiley

ETH mining draw hashrate away of other GPU algos make them more profitable

but u can now mine ETH too using nicehash and earn DMD payouts via https://multipool.bit.diamonds/

but ETH mining is more AMD friendly and i run NVIDIA cards

mining ETH also make my system lagging to much for daily use other algos have way less impact
on a system thats not only used for mining
