I am trying to point an antminer s3 at http://multipool.bit.diamonds/. Unfortunately I am getting close to 100% rejects. The s3 is working fine with 0 rejects at eligius.st.

u register ur dmd wallet address at http://multipool.bit.diamonds
then u can see whats ur btc target address u have to use as username at sha256 nicehash mining
and all btc that get send to that btc address our multipool will convert into dmd

u config ur miner as u can read in the user manual of ur mining equipment
and as server u choose
server: stratum+tcp://stratum.nicehash.com:3334
user: enter_here_ur_btc_wallet_u_get_from_dmd_multipool
password: x

example
cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://stratum.nicehash.com:3334 -u 1CtQKu4X6wJtEz5kGudSACwbXsiGEaFSG4 -p x

Yes, we are in the testing phase to make sure the wallet is safe to use. So far it has helped to stabilize the network and beta testers haven't reported forking issues when mining.
However, the 2.0.3.1 wallet is not a permanent solution to the problem, but finds a way round it. We're still researching if permanent fix can be found, as this would be preferred to treatment of symptoms.

The pool providing enough work, and the wallet having certain number of connections are not related in any way. For example, dmdpool.digsys.bg's wallet right now has just one connection (with connect=).

It is very unlikely that NOMP is overloaded, but you could check with 'top' how much of the CPU it consumes.

I'm solo mining to 2.0.3.1 wallet with 1 card, pool mining to NOMP with another and a third to your pool right now.
The solo mining is where I'm seeing not providing work fast enough.
The NOMP wallet is set up with connect= to my solo wallet on another box on LAN and I haven't been monitoring it much ...
