Yes good dev are very hard to find, i agree we can do a swap but first contact the exchanges.
I think it is better to vote first, so that the DEV has a better case to present to the exchanges if we face any opposition. Remember, we have a GOOD REASON to want a coin swap.a happy new year to all ...

And regarding the swap - I believe it makes sense first to contact Bittrex (and possibly other exchanges too) to make sure they do not have problem with changing the blockchain.
If I remember correct, Bittrex refused to make the Droidz -> DroidX change because they told they have to delist Droidz in that case, and will consider listing the new coin if it has enough user interest, or if payed for, just like they list any other new coin.
So we should make sure they are ready to make the change if needed, and will not request a separate payment for listing a "new" coin.

Yes Exchanges are a must. if they refuse to take part then we will cancel as we do not wish to damage droidz only better it and removing us from the market is not good if we have to get re-listed again But hopefully they can see that we wish to do good and we will do all with full communication with them. We will message them today/tomoz with the details and let you know there response once recieved

Guys, the max coin supply is not a problem at all - it is just a theoretical number which will take effect in many hundred years 
What could be a real problem - is the inflation of 55%! Why we need to increase inflation by 10x!!??? We had 5% and were happy with that.
And why masternodes should get such high rewards compared to regular staking nodes? If such ridiculous numbers will be chosen, people will just stop to stake, as the masternodes will take all the profits, then dump it and cause price fall, which will not be covered by 5% of regular stake!
Masternodes are not necessary for network to run, regular staking nodes are more important, as they move the network. They should have enough incentive to continue staking.
I propose to decrease MN payments, and make them comparable to staking rewards.

The reason masternodes have a higher reward is they Take coins out the market by creating a masternode. Normal stakers do not put up coins to stake they just stake but a MN holder will have to put coins up which he cannot touch unless they wish to stop the node.
We are also looking into something to stop that (DUMPERS) ie we can see if we can sort something out where if you send huge amounts of coins you will be paying very very high Fees meaning you will not want to do that
Hmm... I am not against high reward for MN, but I doubt it will be helpful for the coin in the long run. Also 55% inflation is something game-changing for this coin. It was not a high stake /high inflation coin before, after the change it will become such.
If you ask me, stopping DUMPERS is not the way to go. Dumpers are just people who want to sell something they do not need. To stop the dumping process, one should not make it difficult to sell coins. Instead the demand should be created, so potential dumper will feel he would better keep the coin, as (a) coin may have higher value later; or (b) can be used for something interesting. Also the demand will help to buy coins from any DUMPERS.
How to create a demand - this is the real question. One of the possible methods could be cheaper masternodes, so more people could play with them and get some experience.
