No they're not. They dont have 13M coins. Stop spreading FUD. The 13M is the figure distributed to Token holders.

EtherDelta holds over 11% of the total amount of the circulating supply. EtherDelta holds over 2MM EBTC which they got from people like you that didn't pay attention and just left in their EtherDelta wallet.
The Circulating Supply is 12.840MM EBTC and the total supply is 21MM.
This means that the other 7.7MM EBTC is burned because other EBTC owners didn't claim it properly in their wallets.
So basically you are laughing at token that short supply? What sense does that make? Have you ever heard of supply and demand?
As for the price, yes, its a bummer but if it stays around that price after 11/16/2017, I am adding more to my position, just for now, I am waiting until SegWit2X is over.

the problem is: idiots people who lost their ebtcold on etherdelta, comtributed to let etherdelta now has many millions of ebtcnew. this is a fact, etherdelta has so much unclaimed ebtcnew and they can dump anytime.
