I think once eBTC goes up, eBTCOLD will go up too.
eBTCOLD will be deleted . You buy wind.

Nahhhh I just have my old Tokens left from the swap. Not buying eBTCOLD.

I don't understand. Why was needed a swap and not keep the first eBTC token ? And why not all users was announced to keep their old eBTC in their wallet so can get new tokens?
-The old contract have a bugs in that smart contract programing.
-Announcement already given from three weeks ago

even in my signature still installed the announcement link..

Yes etherdelta got all these coins (13,5%), as seen on etherscan.

The problem that occurred is that the snapshot was not taken at the exact announced block.
Several holders including me did move their old eBTC token out of EtherDelta before block #4462000 and still didn't get the new eBTC.

Now they are planning through their telegram channel to treat these cases one by one and the deadline to report it was today 12pm CET.

Still the address in charge of transfering new tokens 0x634791bc3ebfe922a257f0355880309f8ac19dd4 did not perform any transaction since 9 hours ago.

I am waiting to see if they will correct this quickly.

Why did you move old your tokens? To sell?

This was the instruction to move the old tokens from exchanges (EtherDelta, HitBTC,...) and withdraw in a personal wallet before block #4462000 in order to get the new ones. It didn't work very well as you can compare the token holder number is different between the old (6073) and the new ones (5293).

That is to say that more than 700 holders get f***. For the moment...

That's not what is happening.....

A lot of people did not listen to the instructions and move their EBTC off of exchanges and into their private wallets, thus now......
EtherDelta is the biggest owner of new EBTC (over 11%) for free as they received over 2MM EBTC and did not redistribute to the account holders.

Someone pointed this out yesterday and their URL is below and I verified that they are correct with their analysis:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.23852005

This means EtherDelta is making money twice by forcing those previous holders to purchase twice if they want EBTC.

Since EtherDelta owns the majority of the EBTC, their automated algos are taking any price they can because it doesn't benefit them to hold the CryptoCurrency, rather make money from transactions in buying and selling.

if the price goes down more, I will be adding to my current position because remember, the circulating supply is still 12.840MM out of 21MM.

Plus I urge everyone to pay attention to DevCon 3 conference in Cancun, Mexico starting today (11/1/2017 - 11/3/2017).

The updates on Ethereum features will be essential to EBTC and again pay attention to the BTC SegWit2X on 11/16/2017.

I hope this helps let everyone understand what is going on.

Peace Out!!!!!

Yes that does help.
Thanks.
One question though, is it 100% for sure that EtherDelta got those coins?

Circulating suppl 12.840MM : Bullish
EtherDelta selling 2MM EBTC : Not so bullish short term. I don't think this will matter in a few weeks though.

This guy on etherdelta is manipulating the value down!

You can see here this scum keeps buying a lot of very small ebtc amounts really low in value to make it look like the value is dropping.

Guys don't sell low and make jerks like this money. He is a real peace of sh*t.

Here's is two more pushing values down as well.

They are really manipulating the price, at the end of the day it's their loss.

Only 13 million tokens were swapped. What will happen to the 7 million left???

I would like to know that as well

I speculate they're sitting in the Exchanges wallets from people who left them there. I don't think Exchanges are going to move them, because we would know from the transaction addresses. We should keep up a daily watch of the Exchanges..

New Update,

There are now 12,840,364.41 EBTC

This means that EBTC Dev team is doing a great job purging duplicates that were possible replay attacks.

Even better, that means the less there are out there for the circulating supply, the higher this rocket goes!!!!

How did I confirm this?

All I did was just perform a comparative analysis among my 3 CSV files, downloaded from etherscan, showing token transfers and I can see they remove a lot of duplicates.

So from 13.353MM EBTC from my first audit count to 12.840MM as of 4:06AM UTC

Looks like a lot of people didn't listen to instructions and do what they were supposed too because they kept their EBTC on exchanges trying to be so quick to sell.  Looks like it back fired on them, LOL!!!!

Well, if they want EBTC back, they either buy back now or buy at a higher price!!!!!

Total Supply: 21MM
Circulating Supply: 12,840,364.41 EBTC

As of right now a 100MM price evaluation will put us at $7USD and change and like I keep saying its worth even more than that. Read my prior posts if you want to know what I said in the past, I only repeat it once a day, LOL!!!!

Peace Out!!!!

Here is my previous count url link:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.23841306

So the new count of EBTC is 12,840,920.9

Total Supply: 21MM
Circulating Supply: 12,840,920.9 EBTC

Just a few hundred more than yesterday.

I tried to do cross comparison between EtherScan and Ethplorer but Ethplorer only has 1000 rows in its CSV file, thus the count was dramatically less (5.6MM), so for now, I will continue using EtherScan for my auditing purposes.

HODL!!!!!!

Peace Out!!!

It should be called EBTC and EBTC Classic on coinmarketcap, everybody is familiar with Classic term and nobody really buys those classic coins anymore.

The devs are not listening to you here. They're very active on telegram and seem to be very busy finalizing the swap details. Many people are claiming to not have their tokens and they seem fraudulent claims so they have to deal with a lot of BS right now that's setting them back. They haven't even had the time to update their own website, still shows the old eBTC. Give them a weeks time. This thing will almost surely,God willing, will be $1 then.

ebtc old should be removed from coinmarketcap and it should just say ebtc.

The eBTCNEW and the eBTCOLD are separated on CMC, I don't see what people's problem is. If people are willing to pay $$$ for the OLD, why not let them? I think the eBTCOLD will increase in value over time.
