You know that ED received more than 2 million from the new eBTC, and this amount was not passed on to its true owners, I imagine that the holders of the private key of this address "0x8d12a197cb00d4747a1fe03395095ce2a5cc6819" is gradually pouring in to make some money, instead of distributing to its owners masters, this is just a guess and not a prosecution.
The one that had the old eBTC in ED during the swap, look for the ED exchange administrators and demand from them your new eBTCs and not from the eBTC developers.

Or it might be worth contacting a dev or mod and seeing if they're gonna try to do anything if you put it back in your wallet. Plenty of coins that were left in ED, so not sure if they'll ever airdrop some to people who can prove they have them back in their wallet. I wouldn't count on it though.

"Make sure EBTCOLD is the token you actually want to trade. Multiple tokens can share the same name."

Hmm I had my eBTC tokens on ED, but not in my wallet as I didn't see this announcement until today. Am I still in time? Have I to withdraw the token from Etherdelta?

Yes if old tokens were in your MEW you should have received it. Contact @OPeculiar on telegram. Tell him the issue and the public address.
If you were not on top of your sh*t people and didn't follow up on your investment for WEEKS then your loss. You would have known to move your coins off the exchanges and into your wallets as that was talked about EVERYDAY for WEEKS now. Can't blame anyone but yourselves.
Just checked MEW. Added new token info and EBTC New came in with no problem...
