So...to receive 1 EBYTE you need to have 1000 ETH?

We are doing exactly the same as Byteball, the proportion is the same. There at the moment about 95 Millions of ETH on circulation, we are issuing a token capped at 1 Million.
Byteball is capped at 1 million GBYTE and distributes 0.1 GB for every 16 BTC (and there are about 16 millions BTC as circulating supply), therefore we distribute 0.1 EBYTE for every 95 ETH.

0.1/95 = 0.0010526315789474

We rounded down to 0.001 because Ethereum is not capped like Bitcoin

Everything will be explained in the whitepaper though, which will be soon released

For every ETH you will receive 0.001 EBYTE??

Can you explain more?

I do not understand this problem

For example, if I have 1 eth, how much EBYTE I receive Or do I send 1 eth to you I get 0.001 EBYTE

thank you Dev!

I like it, nice project with the best idea and trust team!

Is this going to be a one-time airdrop distribution or will it follow the hunter system of distribution?

It will be a one time distribution only if the whole Ethereum community with his 95 Millions ETH market cap will apply Grin
So no, it will not be a one time distribution

is this project have roadmap? if there is,ill wait for it.good luck!

It is in the OP: http://etherball.net/assets/img/roadmapsmall.png

why can't i use an exchange wallet?

Because with an exchange wallet you are not the owner of your private key. And without the private key you cannot access your address in a wallet that supports ERC20 tokens

For every 1 eth 0.001 ebyte, that's hella small Huh

This is the same model as Byteball

Do I need to download your wallet to apply for the airdrop?

RECOMMENDED WALLETS

DO NOT USE ANY EXCHANGES WALLET!
We strongly recommend you to use one of the following wallets:

Ethereum wallet/Mist: https://github.com/ethereum/mist/releases
Metamask: https://metamask.io/
MyEtherWallet: https://www.myetherwallet.com/
Parity: https://parity.io/
Jaxx: https://jaxx.io/
imToken: https://token.im/

I like the concept of this project. I hope it does not turn out scammy as the earlier egbyte airdrop where I sent 0.003 eth and did not receive any token

We know the earlier EGByte airdrop was pretty much a scam (asking money for a free airdrop? no thanks!)
As stated in the announcement: "we NEVER ask you for ANY payments! You should only link your ETH address and you will receive your EBYTE."
