Will there by a bounty campaign of any kind? The project looks really good, it's the first descentralized cloud web service that I actually see.

We're not familiar with Shift, so can't really comment on what their focus is.
DADI, however, is building a platform for web services – a network that makes the building and distribution of web products extremely fast. We have a bunch of experience with the blockchain on the team having been developing on it for over a year now. +we've written our own contracts, which believe it or not is pretty unusual in this space.
We're not interested in shilling or buying users. We could fill this channel with thousands of posts in a matter of minutes, but it would loose all sense of reality and thus value. We're interested in organic growth with real people building real value.

It looks like this project had done some marketing on ICO sites which gave high ratings, but not enough on this bitcointalk community as it doesn't have a bounty campaign. I'm interested in this project because of the team's solid tech/startup experience. But I didn't see any expertise on blockchain part. It's too early to tell if it will make a successful ICO.
