I was visiting this thread without commenting in wait of upcoming report which was supposed to be drafted after Indian's visit. I know the report most probably will cover technical aspects and explanation about platform but it will let more positive impression.
Yes, it's currently in review. We were also working on the Whitepaper, which is why the report got delayed a bit.

There's a lot of useful information there: an explanation of the platform works, development progress report, conference reporst, proofs of concept, as well as a market study with relevant news in the period. Hopefully it should clarify some doubts about what we were doing for this period.

They need to come at front with revised plan about next steps and what are they thinking at. In last post in very valid point that 2nd year is already and nothing to see here except participation in different events. Those have their importance but people interested need to know more updates and information.
For the second year went like this branch was created. But so far there is no clarity about what will happen next with the project and what will investors wait for the first round?
This time efforts and approach with what team is working is totally different. Now I also begin to think about this project again and started to keep watching everything coming out as series of small news and updates on twitter. This news about whitepaper looks great.
i can agree with you with those small updates some movements are happening right now and its the reason why i'm here checking if this project arereally moving forward, its really good to know that dev are working overtime to provide investors nice project to support with. lets wait for more

So 1GB is the size of the whole blockchain? why is your test net or whatever that is, had me to download more than 25GB and eventually got stuck at 1.8M blocks, the wallet doesn't sync properly, if you close the wallet and reopen it all you'll see is a stuck number of blocks.

It's not that we necessarily shifted to the Indian market, but we've had a great response there, and as such we'd like to extend our cooperation with them. Apla is a global, public platform, and the government of Andhra Pradesh is simply one of the main entities interested in this kind of revolutionary technology. However, Apla's scope is very wide and does not necessarily rely on one or another government using the platform. Our idea is to facilitate all activities associated with blockchain platforms.

It really looks nice now they are more active than last time. I still see this as issue that how the team will handle the previous investors before arranging another ICO. They can repair with better communication and offer this issue by taking them in confidence for next movements.
On Wednesday we met with Nara Lokesh, the Minister for IT in Andhra Pradesh, India. We discussed plans to participate in the Blockchain technology park in Visakhaptnam. As a bonus, we have been mentioned by a local TV channel and the Times of India newspaper!
