I personally avoid small exchanges after being almost scammed by Crypto Broker. Cryptopia is the best choice. And try not to sell all the coins you're mining, especially ELLA. Hold it for a while.

I was desperate seeming to have lost my 200 or 300 ELLA on Crypto Broker once in a while. Was waiting for 2 weeks for my withdrawal. Finally my coins bounced back to me so you might be having the same issue too. Good luck and try to contact Stocks.Exchange support, I don't believe someone from the exchange team is checking this thread.
