Parity can take some time to sync. Also make sure you connect to the Ellaism network using the "--chain ellaism.json" parameter.

Hi, if adding custom nodes on myetherwallet is too complicated, you can just use https://ellaism.github.io/ellawallet

The later connects to Ellaism network by default.
