How do you address the authenticity of the DNA profiles in the database? Cause someone can just state they have several different rare diseases just so his/her profile gets bought more than others.

Right, which they can and do now in their 23andMe profiles. As I have noted in the past, our goal is to use our partnerships with medical records blockchains to provide, eventually, some verification through those of claimed traits, and also to do some internal validation via reference to known variants. This is an issue all such platforms currently face, and these are some of the ways they all intend to address this issue.

They said blockchain technology is still years away from being massively adopted. What more about Genomic Data Markets? Isn't it too early to use blockchains for such use cases?
Really think these are far plans that the team is planning to do.
For now, let's see how they implement technical development on a new roadmap, which is still more close in time.
The market now does not appreciate it, but when capitalization begins to grow, the project must be shown that it is ready.

There is currently chatter in the Telegram channel (https://t.me/encrypgen) that CoinMetro will be listing DNA later this month. The CEO of CoinMetro pretty much confirmed the news in his Q1 2021 update on YouTube.
Until the CoinMetro listing goes live, the only way to buy this token seems to be on Uniswap (https://info.uniswap.org/token/0x82b0e50478eeafde392d45d1259ed1071b6fda81). Liquidity looks decent.

If you are talking about current performance of DNA in the market, the trading volume is almost non existent. do you actually have customers buying DNA test kits from your partners? because without customers, your platform will be soon dead. do you have plans to revive your trading market for this year?

The new website is live. We have streamlined it. The one we had had terrible load times, likely leading to a higher than normal bounce rate. The new one is 3 times faster in measured load times. The erc20-DNA functionality is working on the wallet, the part that is now being built is the UI in the wallet to hook into that API and make it available. I will alert you when that becomes available, it should not be long. The design of the new site is geared toward conversion of visitors to users, people who will create profiles and upload data. We will measure the metrics with the new site and determine how effective it is and adjust.

I think, that this technology could be used in human activity even earlier. but not every inhabitant of the world has information about this structure. for many it looks rather strange, so, there is a factor, through which the development and deployment of technology is frozen
Considering what has already been done in 10 years from the date of the founding of Bitcoin, this is very cool. It seems to me that progress will grow every year many times more.
The main is a technology and people will join later.
