The Pre-Purchase Phase ERZ coins will be sent out within 24 hours of making a purchase, this will be a manual process with sending out EarnzCoin, though they should occur every 12-24 hours.

Dev has been quiet here and on Twitter.
Maybe they had problems setting up the website as the dev/s mentioned before, hence limited contact until it's ready

Well I just tried www.earnzcoin.org and it works, it looks pretty nice as well with easy viewing pages.
Looks like we can start buying enough for Masternodes now in just 4 hours time (Countdown Timer)

Yes you are correct, there was problems with getting the payment processor setup for the website so the script had to be re-written pushing back the Pre-Purchase Phase launch.
It can be happily said that the website is ready to go and live including the new payment script, ERZ will be purchasable once the countdown timer runs out and Hits 0.
Thank You all for being so patient while the problems were rectified.

There have been minor delays regarding the back-end deployment of the payment processor that will be accepting the cryptocurrencies used for purchase of EarnzCoin, all other aspects of the site have been completed.
Testing will be performed prior to the launch of ERZ Pre-Purchase Phase website to make sure there isn't any gremlins hiding in any nooks and crannies.
Estimated time for completion period is imminent to 2 days, an announcement will be made prior to going live on the Bitcointalk Forums and on Twitter.
*This will not affect the time duration of the Pre-Purchase Phase
