Hi there is there a slack chat for espers? I am fairly new to the crypto side of economics and I have about a million questions but I don't want to ask questions what has been answered before....
I don't seem to find much talk about espers here but they are rocketing and I would love to hear opinions about why now?Huh
Also I am interested in getting master nodes....where is the right place to talk about that and/or who do I talk to about that???

My mule don't like people laughing
More than 24 hours betting without any reward, it really takes? Almost 10m ESP[http://imgur.com/a/E0EKa][/img]

It took me about 10 days for a chunk of 15M to stake  Cool
The reward was 88497 ESP.
I didn't had the wallet open all day though...

If you have all of your coins in one giant input then you'll be waiting. What I did is I split up my coins into multiple inputs and now I get reward daily.

Use the advanced coin control and select the large input when sending to yourself. Its described in more detail somewhere in this thread.

Howdy, gotta bother y'all one last time. Do you have to be port forwarded to get good connections on this network? I think that's my problem because my modem (or something) doesn't let me get port forwarded, I tried messing with my routers over a full day before to fix this problem and couldn't ever get it done. Hasn't been much of a problem in crypto so far, but I think that's perhaps my problem here?

add nodes

have done so on multiple operating systems, which is why I am back asking for help... it took over 7 hours to get 1/3rd the blockchain loaded yesterday (0-2 connections, bounces back to 0 over and over), I really want to stake but I'm ready to give up on that if you have to be port forwarded

You can use bootstrap. Current windows bootstrap - www.espstats.net/node/ and Linux/Mac on first page (older build).

How to use bootstrap: http://espers.io/blog/getting-espers-wallet-and-setting-it-up/

What's innovative about this coin?

I just bought a bunch but I didn't do any research on it.

Did I make a good pick ?Smiley

I don't know much that is NOT innovative about this coin. Wink Read the ANN post and website (http://cryptocoderz.com/espers.html).

You made a very good choice indeed, although I would in general recommend you to do your research first, and put in your money afterwards. Or you will lose your money over time.

I hope you did not bought at yobit.

It cannot be said often enough.

We choose cryptocurrencies from the list below taking into consideration some points: number of votes, complexity of integration, market volume (according to CMC), and other metrics. We focus our attention on TOP 3 cryptocurrencies in the list.

ESP on 2nd place? Maybe nothing lost looking to BTB very low volume Smiley

So Im sitting on 440M preswap espers... real nice  Undecided

Not allowed to swap them anymore? :/

It would be nice. I havent heard anything back from cryptocoderz. I tried months ago (with his assistance) but couldnt get the wallet to work. Now it opens, I have the the dat, but I havent heard back Sad

lmao you should sell it on yobit

Well actually, if there is going to be 3 BTC volume daily on Yobit, you can just create a sell order at 1 sat and wait a few weeks until it's your turn to cycle them back to some idiot who has not done his research. xD In that case, it would be to your favor if Yobit does NOT delist it. Cheesy

By the same logic, it could be quite profitable to mine ESP 1 now if you can manage to sell it on Yobit. The orders are FIFO (first in first out), so by 3 BTC daily and a sell wall pipeline of 30 BTC, it would be approx. 10 days until you have sold your coins.  Wink I don't know if you can manage to connect to the Yobit node of ESP1 though to transfer your coins. I mean it's open source and an open network, so you could even run your own seed node and make Yobit switch to it, or create a new fork and convince them to use it...  Grin Endless possibilities.

That said, you could run into some moral problems by doing this, because you would be fooling people into believing they are buying REAL Espers ... it's going to be a fork of ESP either way, so it should use a different ticker. That's also the least thing Yobit should be doing ... (Espers Original (ESPO) or sth like that).
