If anyone wants to try out joblo's optimized miner, cpuminer-opt (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-cpuminer-opt-v3881-open-source-optimized-multi-algo-cpu-miner-1326803) for windows 64-bit with hmq1725 support, I managed to build it after making a few source code changes and removing the hodl algorithm.  I have only tested it with a couple of sandybridge cpus and only with hmq1725 so it may be a bit buggy, but I thought I'd share it with our community.

If you want to be a test subject you can download it from here: https://github.com/ctgiant/cpuminer-opt/releases/download/v3.2.5/cpuminer-opt.zip

Seems to be working great. Thanks @ctgiant!
hey sir mono can i ask favor from you just don't know what happening with my miner but it keep closing and won't run any possibility to hit me a pm for some guidelines? just wanted to try updating my old miner that has been set up the first time we mine espers. thanks.

Are you trying to mine solo? i didn't get that working, but pool mining works like a charm.
here is line i use for miner:

cpuminer -q -a hmq1725 -o stratum+tcp://esp.suprnova.cc:3453 -u user.1 -p 1

hope this helps you!

Public service announcement:

We are requesting anyone who wants their GPU or to offer a GPU config file for sgminer to please post your config for mining.

This is because we do not personally have AMD GPUs and in order to offer a pre-configured option that can be selected for end-users we ask the community to help us out with the config settings.

Worst case the preselectable options will be disabled until we gather the config files.

hey guys, i formated my pc and lost my old espers walllet instalation, but i got adress, how i can get my espers from my old wallet? thanks

Did you format it completely and installed windows 10? Or did you just upgrade from 8.1 to 10?
If you just upgraded,  you can check for your old files in  windows.old folder.. You might find wallet.dat file..  :/

Just think about it. If knowing the address were enough to recover coins, would we not be able to access any address balance and spend it?

We can find out what each address holds anyway, for any cryptocoin, its common knowledge.

Consider yourself lucky for getting a very cheap lesson. You barely lost anything with the current ESP price.
He is speaking from the future mate.  Wink So its a considerable loss!

i dont have the wallet.dat just my old adress... so o loose my coins?

If you have privatkey of your address - you can return all balance.
So, if you haven't it - I'm sorry.

how can i get that private key?

You can't. It was associated with your address & Espers wallet. I would consider Unformating my OS if it is worth it. I would not bother for 10 000 Espers. It all depends how many coins you had.

is win 10 but i can't unformat it because before the formatation my OS was corrupted... i hold 500k espers in the old wallet... well just forget i lose the coins... thanks to all
