"Ethereum" is a registered trademark under the U.S. law claimed by Stiftung Ethereum (Grienbachstrasse 55, Baar, 6340, Schweiz). However "Ethereum Classic" should be registered separately and there is no such registration.
We are deeply concerned about alleged substantial losses to you, the shareholders, though Stiftung Ethereum is a non-profit entity under the Swiss law with no profits and shareholders whatsoever. If you are shareholders of Ethereum Switzerland GmbH which has managed spending of the 31k BTC premine until recently, your statement is of no effect because the forementioned business (CHE-349.816.493) is being liquidated:

Myetherwallets dont show all my balance ETC.Can i import key create in myetherwallet to other windows wallet ?
You can't use one myetherwallet.com for both coins.
You need to make 2 wallets.
Then you will have an eth and an etc Wallet/address.
Choose your coin after you have generated your wallets.
After that you cannot change the wallet coin type without issues.
