You guys should check out Radex Exchange. The first ETC DEX in the world, and has a very bright future IMO. Curently there is only one ETC token pair tradeable, which is the exchange's native token - SATURN, but many more ETC tokens will be listed as and when the ETC dAPP eco-system grows.

im looking at buying a graphics card to mine ETC what is the better laptop and graphics card to mine ? whats the best graphics card to mine with ?

Mining with laptops (even with gaming/dedicated GPU laptops) is not profitable. The graphics cards installed in laptops are not powerful enough for mining and if you're going to try out mining with your laptops, you'll end up burning your laptop.

I'd suggest buying the GPUs like RX 580 or GeForce GTX 1070 for mining.

ETH's professional mining machine has been produced. Does ETC consider replacing new algorithms to resist professional mining machines?

You mean ASIC? I don't think that ETC miners want to change the algorithm at all but we will see in the future....also if you look at ETCDEV's roadmap, in 2020 there will be discussions to approach an hybrid consensus
