Yes and no. As all unsold tokens will be burned so your share of the profit should be the same

Lets say that you own 1000 tokens out of 10000 tokens with 40% profit share, that would make your share 4%
Now if you own 1000 tokens out of 2500 tokens with 10% profit share, that would also make your share 4%

I meant when we will be able to use and promote ethbitc local exchange. Because I'm interested in trading only using exchange which I invested into.

Correct. They can compete with those top exchange site because those are the coins that all traders want to trade. But I hope they add some new coins that has a great potential and good use.

The price of each Ethbits during the first weeks are cheaper than then next weeks which is why it is encourage to join the crowdfunding as early as possible. This has been on going for every ICO here in bitcointalk which early investors has incentives like bonuses.

icos in general are not to be trusted and thus should be avoided or reported to authorities. Not sure why people like u love losing money by putting it into icos but the choice is urs, u have got the power of wishing and no one has the right to dissuade u from losing another several dollars or euros that u will probably put into another joke sale.

I agree, I no longer trust most of these ICO's but i take the smart route without risking any money.

but not all ICO are a lose cause there are still some above their ICO value

There have been a lot of ICO scams in the past. And it not going to stop soon because of "investors" not properly doing research before investing or people vouching/ hyping for a "project". So always do your own due diligence before putting money into an ICO.

This kind of funding rasing is new and is going to evolve with time and matured. Scam is bound to happen but the incidence of scam report has reduced significantly. I believe the VCs are looking to hijack the space, the likes of Polychain, Blockchain capital and co are into the space and I think this trend will continue. There is alot of money to be made in Crypto if you are well positioned
