It doesn't matter what's apparent, but what we believe. Following Downward in the price of ETH you can't blame as the crypto market experienced an intense sell-off. The charts doesn't look particularly promising at the moment. Although the daily volume of the Ethereum still remains relatively high.

I don't think so fork is destroying Ethereum price but big whales coming and dump the market they want to pick up coins at low prices.
As you said price will be rise in near future or right after fork, investors panic and selling at low prices because of sudden dump.
Hope so price could reach $150 end of this month, fill up bag at his point or wait for next dump.

For a fact bitcoin don't have a bottom around 3000 but somewhere around 6200 was the bottom it was only Roger ver and craight Wright causing such things and also mtgox dumps these events we cannot tie with the cycles that played with the bitcoin Earlier as they what caused dropped early in 2013 2014 was only a some exchange hacks etc but nothing major but over here we have massive adoptions plus fud caused in the market for bottom.. Probably you didn't understand the question of this person he is asking about ERC20 tokens whether it's safe to move them during this fork or not. I think it's better don't move them and wait until network will get stable to avoid the problems or move them now if you want to transfer them anywhere.
