When you see better opportunities you can sell from any price.
Market usually act rational. I wouldn't sell ETH for that price, but some others think the opposite.

It will go even lower. BCH and ETHf will go lower in 1:1 parity. This is the fate of forks - the BTC and ETH forks!
With any luck, it will drop to Etc's price!

The fork for Byzantium, the first and larger part of Metropolis, succeeded on the testnet over two weeks ago, and the likely date for the fork on the mainnet has been set to block 4.37 million, which is expected to be on Oct 17. New features include opcodes such as REVERT and RETURNDATACOPY, as well as precompiles that can be used to support a wide array of cryptographic algorithms. At the same time, we have been seeing many improvements to Ethereum core code, Whisper, Swarm as well as Ethereum’s future scaling plans...

If I saw about this update should ethereum's price increase but there are no one who knows about it, I just make prediction based on the updates about ethereum's network and it is not suggestions investment.
I think after btc hit 5k ether probably start to movement to 500$. I hope hardfork effect positively to ether
