How many total ETH to be made? currently 80.347 million with annual increase of 11.315 million? I understand they are planning a switch to POS at some point, but that is alot of new ATH to come onto market in short period.

With the PoW mining, the annual increase is about 18 million. I hope the PoW can last 5 to 10 years.
Pow will end MUCH earlier
It might end this time next year. But it might be delayed again and again. The Ethereum PoS is very new.
There will also be a certain day where DAG file will be too big for the GPU memory..
The DAG increases 0.6 GB every year, so 10 years from the beginning, the DAG will be just 7 GB.
I called it BULLSHIT!! if there is a heavy use of smart contracts Ethereum will get the same scaling issue like Bitcoin.

My DAO balance is not showing correctly in my wallet(0.7.4), about 4x more then I'm supposed to have. How do I fix this?

This means, wallets that receive Plutons from the sale have to be moved within the system first before they can be used externally.
However, as I mentioned before - we are developing several improvements, which include the Plutus DAO proposal and ETH as a payment option on the Plutus app. This will also remove the restrictions mentioned above.
More details will be announced later this week.
